If you like what you’ve seen, the next step is to get in touch and come and take a look. A member of our team will be able to show you around, explain how we work, and and answer your questions.
After this, when you have made the majority of the big decisions (and a few of the small ones), we can give you a full proposal, with estimated total cost. To secure the date, we will ask for one third of that estimated cost.
The remaining two thirds will become payable 8 weeks prior to the date of the Wedding.

The Small Print
As you will no doubt see, we are really excited to be able to put together such a competitive selection of choices for your wedding. In order to do this, we work in an efficient and streamlined way, to pass those savings on to you.
It is vital that our clients understand exactly what is included in our venue hire package, and exactly what is not, so you can be confident that there will be no hidden extras before you commit.
Included in our venue hire package is the use of our:
Beautiful twelve-acre garden, marquee, dance floor, stage, PA system, garden games, fire-pit, lighting, car park, our Shepherd’s Hut style toilet trailer … and if it’s raining we’ll welcome you into the house for the time prior to entering the marquee.
Included before the event:
- An introductory tour of the venue
- A preliminary meeting upon booking (optional)
- A full meeting with your wedding co-ordinator two months prior to the wedding
- Setting up, laying tables, setting out table and place names, favours etc.
- Handling your deliveries
- Working with your suppliers (i.e. florist) on the day
Not included in our venue hire package is:
- Use of the house (unless it’s raining upon arrival)
- Music & entertainment
- Styling consultancy
